Job scope:
- Prepare P&L and balance sheet financial statements.
- Perform analytical reviews and validate daily/monthly variances on the balance sheet.
- Support the team in process efficiency and quality improvement projects.
- Manage financial reporting for senior stakeholders including presentation to regional and global execs.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to groups across the bank.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical finance role (FP&A, controlling, accounting) within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, data analysis, financial reporting and reconciliation of financial data.
- Team player, able to communicate across all parts of the business.
- Attention to detail, interest in data analytics and the financial services industry.
