An exciting opportunity with a well-reputed financial services, wealth management firm based in Singapore. The firm has strong financial backing and has expansionary headcount in the IT procurement team. The role will surround 3 main pillars of: procurement/tender management, vendor management and financial management
As the IT Procurement, you will be required to;
- Involved in the entire end-to-end process from sourcing, tendering, contracting and procurement of hardware, software and professional services
- Sourcing - identify and collaborate with new vendors
- Tender documentations - construction of documents till closure of tenders
- Negotiation - review and negotiate contracts, and negotiate credit terms
- Vendor management - conduct performance reviews on KPI and service delivery levels
- Perform an advisory role to internal stakeholders regarding procurement guidelines and policies
- Ensure compliance to policies and operational risks are adequately addressed
As a successful candidate, you must have;
- Degree holder in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience within IT procurement and category management in financial services
- Knowledge change and project management
- Experience in tender documents
- Excellent financial management skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
