An exciting opportunity with a well-reputed financial services, wealth management firm based in Singapore. The firm has strong financial backing and has expansionary headcount in the IT procurement team. The role will surround 3 main pillars of: procurement/tender management, vendor management and financial management

As the IT Procurement, you will be required to;

  • Involved in the entire end-to-end process from sourcing, tendering, contracting and procurement of hardware, software and professional services
  • Sourcing - identify and collaborate with new vendors
  • Tender documentations - construction of documents till closure of tenders
  • Negotiation - review and negotiate contracts, and negotiate credit terms
  • Vendor management - conduct performance reviews on KPI and service delivery levels
  • Perform an advisory role to internal stakeholders regarding procurement guidelines and policies
  • Ensure compliance to policies and operational risks are adequately addressed

​As a successful candidate, you must have;

  • Degree holder in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within IT procurement and category management in financial services
  • Knowledge change and project management
  • Experience in tender documents
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
