Job Description

My client - an establised life insuer is lookng to hire a Group Regulatory Compliance (AVP/VP) to lead a team of compliance professional and implement effective Compliance framework. Reporting to the Head of Group Compliance, the ideal canididate will seat in the core compliance team focusing on the change and process improvement to enhance the compliance processes within the department.

Requirement:

  • Minimum eight years of industry and managerial experience
  • Knowledge of the compliance risk management process and MAS notices/ insurnce regulatory requirement 
  • Advantageous to have some exposure to Technology Compliance
  • Good communication & stakeholder managenent skills with the ability to handle difficult situation
