Binding Operations Analyst, Insurer, £40,000 - £60,000
Working with a Specialty insurer looking to hire a Binding Operations Analyst to their team in London. This role is an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, and the purpose of the role is to complete the risk capture and endorsement processing ensuring the capture of accurate and
appropriate data, which is recorded in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Ensure, maintain and be responsible for the entry and accuracy of data within the underwriting system of record from the underwriting slips for inwards business.
·Liaise and forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
·Support the team initiative of improving the Binding Operational function by reviewing existing processes and creating efficiencies
·Ensure full understanding of month end procedures that all deadlines are completed in a timely manner, and that all binding, endorsements and queries with the underwriters are completed and resolved before month close.
·Involvement in key meetings including month end Binding meetings.
An ideal candidate will have demonstrated operations experience ideally within an underwriting function. Advanced Outlook and Excel skills also required.
