Bordereaux Analyst, Lloyd's Syndicate
Our client is looking for a Bordereaux Analyst to join their team in London to assist with processing risk, premium and claims bordereaux to support capacity and claims management on delegated business.
Day to day responsibility for:
* Processing bdx using in house and third-party systems
* Producing operational reporting and attend meetings when necessary
* Liaising with underwriters, claims adjusters, brokers and coverholders to resolve queries and errors on bordereaux data
Outsourced Service Delivery in respect of the below:
* Working with the outsourced business partner to meet agreed SLAs
* Ensure quality checks are undertaken
* Monitoring of the aging and escalation of queries.
* Assist in identifying potential or actual issues that may adversely affect the business
