Looking to speak with experienced candidates interested in joining a dynamic and forward-thinking Lloyd's Syndicate as a Bordereaux Data Manager. In this role you will be leading a team responsible for managing and analysing bordereaux data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the receipt, validation, and processing of bordereaux data from delegated underwriting partners.
  • Ensure all bordereaux data meets Lloyd's and regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Analyse bordereaux data to provide actionable insights to underwriters and senior management.
  • Implement and maintain robust data quality controls and processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely data submission.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the bordereaux management process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in data management tools and software. Advanced Excel skills are essential; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Lloyd's market, regulatory requirements, and bordereaux data.
