Eames Consulting are working in partnership with an up-and-coming insurtech, on an exciting opportunity to join their Enterprise team as a Broker Claims Manager offering the unique opportunity grow an Insurance Claims Function within one of the UK's fastest growing tech scale ups. to contribute and define the operational strategy for both the UK and International offices.
- Developing insurer relationships in order to manage and negotiate claims terms.
- Managing the creation of the Claims Function within the business, creating new processes for both online & offline products.
- Coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues.
- It's essential you have more than 5 years' experience handling claims within the London Insurance Market. Including the use of CLASS, ECF and the operational knowledge behind how claims are handled.
- Hold a deep understanding of Financial Lines Claims.
- Experienced in managing claims on a delegated basis.
- Knowledge and understanding of policy documents.
