Eames Consulting are working in partnership with an up-and-coming insurtech, on an exciting opportunity to join their Enterprise team as a Broker Operations Manager which will offer the opportunity to contribute and define the operational strategy for both the UK and International offices.
Reporting into the Head of Enterprise:
- Creating internal solutions to improve efficiency's - working closely with other areas of the business.
- Creating external solutions, . i.e. client/underwriter processes, reducing the sales cycle etc.
- Reviewing compliance procedures, and supporting in the delivery of an automated solution.
- Enhancing the on-boarding process.
- Enhancing reporting of MI.
It's essential you have experience in working within a Lloyd's broker, and hold an understanding/operational knowledge of how the brokers deal with insurers, Lloyd's and other functions such as Xchanging & PPL.
