A Big 4 Consultancy organisation are looking to acquire a number of Business Analysts to join their greenfield 2-3 year business transformation programme working with a number of high profile clients.
Skill requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have around 2-5 years post grduate experience working as a Business Analyst on a range of transformational projects and programmes.
- A proven ability to efficiently manage the analysis, definition, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements.
- Existing experience of integrating efficiently into the team and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
- Analysing and defining key project, business and system requirements.
- Translating technical requirements into non-technical business language.
- Writing and designing process maps.
- Providing a logical and analytical approach to work.
