A global insurance consultancy is looking for an ambitious Business Analyst looking to develop their career to join their growing team as they embark on exciting new projects and programmes. These big pieces of work will enable the successful candidate to gain more exposure into different areas of the business where they will be supported by senior members of the team as they get stuck in to the fast-paced role.

The responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering, Process Design/Documentation, System Configuration etc.
  • Proactively obtain information from several sources in the wider business of varying seniorities.
  • Challenging the business where they see fit, whilst presenting unbiased findings via reports, process diagrams etc.
  • Managing complex and difficult negotiations between stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' Business Analysis experience within Insurance (preferred) or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of technology and desktop packages e.g. MS/Excel, MS/Visio etc.
  • Experience in the implementation process of regulatory programmes e.g. GDPR or Solvency II experience is preferred.
  • Self-starter attitude, ambition to succeed and develop their career.
