Job Description

To play a lead role in the delivery of business change, you will help identify & articulate the need for change. Shape and lead projects in defining requirements and recommend solutions that will maximise the value to the customers.

Experience

  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
  • Communicating and influencing stakeholders
  • Leading business analysis - Waterfall and Agile methodologies from a business change and systems development perspectives.
  • Application of recognised modeling techniques including data modeling.
  • Systems life cycle concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate and maintain IT systems/services
  • Experience or certified in project management methods.
