We are working with a global tier 1 bank based in London who are looking to recruit a business focused business analyst to join either their wealth or asset management team on a long term interim basis.
Responsibilities:
- The work will involve reviewing and re-engineering existing business processes in an asset or wealth management team
- Analysis of current processes, definition of target state through workshops with stakeholders, detailed definition of future state processes and implementation
- Ownership of own deliverables in conjunction with agreed plan, development of relationships with stakeholders
Essential:
- Experience in contracting through the consultancies
- Needs to be able to hit the ground from day one, is energetic and dynamic and has the ability to build rapport/presenting to stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Happy to work autonomously and take the initiative
- Extensive business analysis experience in in financial sector, with preferably some of that experience within Asset/Wealth Management(2-5 years)
- Highly numerate, analytical and with strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of defining target operating models for specific services, plus defining, developing and implementing any supporting artefacts
- Experience of simplifying and clarifying governance arrangements
- Experience of moving activities and implementing changes from onshore to offshore locations
