Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct and gather business requirement, and collaborate with business unit specialist to review requirements
  • Analyze and document business and operational processes based on requirements
  • Write functional documents and contribute to deployment plan
  • Facilitate Train-The-Trainer on applications enhancement
  • Maintain the Subject Matter Expert up-to-date knowledge related to application feature and processes
  • Perform impact analysis for change request

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • At least 7 years of working experience within financial services and have strong domain understanding of banking
  • Experienced in scoping and evaluation of project, that includes; defining overall considerations, scalability, cost, operations and risk impact to provide recommendations
  • Proven track record of working in Customer Relationship Management solutions such as Salesforce / MS Dynamics / SAP
