One of the leading financial services is currently hiring for a Business Analyst to join their expanding digital transformation team.
As the Business Analyst (Digital Transformation), your key responsibility will be:
- Take charge of gathering business/user requirements and translating requirements to business and IT counterparts for development and implementation
- Advising business on up-to-date digital trends and technologies availabile
- Managing digitization projects, conflict management and ensuring all issues and resolutions are tracked
- Applying change management process to create and drive adoption of changes required
As an ideal candidate, you must have proven track record of managing digital projects and technologies. Strong working experience on project, vendor and user management. The ability to translate technical solutions into effective solutions for the business is a big plus.
