One of my client is launching a full digital platform across South East Asia and is hiring for a Business Analyst with at least 3+ years of solid Business Analysis experience. You should have exposure to insurance and regulated data environment with high customer-oriented projects.
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for;
- All collaboration with various teams across business to scope new product features and improvements to new/existing products including business processes
- Focus on user-first mindset and advocate the best for users
- Support rollout of platform and features to the different teams
- Work alongside businesses to identify market needs and build into data-supported business cases
- Create dashboards, reports and presentations to synthesize actionable recommendations and monitor performance against targets
