A leading London Market insurer is looking for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal part in the delivery of IT strategy within the Business Analysis Team, working alongside external consultants and business users. You will act as the key link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring the agreed solutions are feasible and developed in line with expectations.

The opportunity will enable the successful candidate to be a part of a dynamic organisation, fulfilling the responsibilities of the diverse role in a constantly evolving environment. You will also be expected to challenge existing processes and assert new ideas given that the role has a direct impact on the firm's success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Document business process requirements
  • Ensure solutions are cost-effective, practical and in line with business objectives
  • Influence outcomes based on strategic goals
  • Act as the intermediary between the business and development teams

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within the London Insurance Market
  • Proven experience implementing solutions aligned with business goals
  • Owned the requirements capture process
  • Excellent knowledge of BA methodologies e.g. Business Process Modelling etc.
  • Solid communication skills both internally and externally, including stakeholder communication
