As part of an initiative to improve the customer [onboarding] experience (CX) by utilising innovative technology solutions our partner is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Singapore.

Applying your years of experience as a retail banking professional and consumer the Business Analyst will focus on analysing the existing CX then work with business and technology teams to identify and implement process and experience improvements.

Essential skills and Expertise:

  • 7+  years working as a Business Analyst within a retail banking environment
  • Experience in international retail banks would be beneficial (APAC)
  • Prior experience working with business teams and technology teams
  • Awareness of the latest trends in fintech and innovation
  • Comprehension of the SDLC and basic software development understanding
  • Ability to succinctly articulate ideas
  • Proven stakeholder management skills (multi-geographical teams)
