This is an exciting Business Analyst role within the Retail Banking division. You will be part of a high-performing team that will help drive & shape the digital transformation journey of the bank.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in the area of retail operations & is equipped with the know-how on improving customer journey value propositions.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working directly with the business to understand the requirements/processes through meetings and discussions to drive improvements & achieve ultimate business objectives in the area of retail operations & cx journey.
Key scope includes requirement definition, execution and evaluation of functional tests, review, testing and analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of BA experience in consumer banking space
- Direct experience within retail banking operations

- Salary: $120k to $180k base
