A challenger bank is looking for a business analyst to join their team in Basingstoke and London.
- Developing technical solutions to business problems
- Define the Target Operating Model for the new Bank
- Support the testing and system implementation of the new retail banking system
- Work with 3rd party software vendors to gather business requirements
- Liaise the appropriate information to internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Ideal candidate
- Good knowledge of retail banking platforms and products
- Hands-on experience writing user stories
- Must have system implementation experience in banking
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working within challenger banks or small retail banks
- Happy to work in Basingstoke at least 3 - 4 days a week
