Our client is a leading financial institution in Asia, they are currently looking for a Business Analyst with working experience and strong knowledge of Retail Banking domain. This role will be partnering senior business leaders and product development teams.
As the Business Analyst, your responsibilities includes:
- Conduct and gather business requirement, and collaborate with business departments and domain specialist to review requirements
- Analyze and document business and operational processes based on requirements
- Write functional documents and contribute to deployment plan
- Facilitate Train-The-Trainer on applications enhancement
- Maintain the Subject Matter Expert up-to-date knowledge related to application feature and processes
- Perform impact analysis for change requests
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
- At least 5 years of working experience within financial services and have strong domain understanding of retail banking products such as (CASA, Mortgages, Loans)
- Experienced in scoping and evaluation of tactical project, that includes; defining overall considerations, scalability, cost, operations and risk impact to provide recommendations
- Good communication skills to engage in senior leadership conversations
