Business Analyst - Unified Communications, Office 365, Office Moves/closures

One of my larger financial services clients are looking at moving from its current office location to a new one, both of which will be in London. They will hope to complete this by the end of 2022. In relation to this level of change the programme will look to deliver all new Unified Communication services to the wider business, as part of a wider collaboration programme they are in the process of delivering (Office 365).

Due to the nature of the work, you will need the following experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, delivering a range of Voice, Video and collaboration projects, preferably with strong knowledge around the Cisco based ecosystem.
  • Office 365 and EUC delivery and support programmes experience on an international scale would be needed. The ability work work with multiple cross-functional teams across those different countries around EMEA would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong people and process change practitioner, with a good grounding of a range of approaches a methodologies, specifically around agile, would be a strong requirement of this role.
