A global bank in Singapore is hiring for an experience Business Functional Analyst in the private/wealth domain. As a business fucntional analyst you will be responsible for:
Key Requirements:

Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and review business requirements

Liaising with different business groups. Eg, Front office, middle office, products etc. to discuss areas of improvement and provide solutioning

Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.

Identifying the key risks and issues in the proposed changes
-
Work closely with other Tribe leads, Product Owners, Business Analyst, and technical community (architects, developers etc.) for solution identification.

Documenting user stories and refining them. Liaise with respective teams to prioritize and deliver against the requirements

Managing the rollout and implementation of revised business processes and workflows.

Coordinating demos and UAT Testing to validate user requirements and verify solutions respectively. As part of UAT, you will be key actor in test case and data preparation and training of testers.

Responsible for change management, which includes preparation and delivery of training and communication materials.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Functional Analysis in the Private Banking/Wealth Management domain including understanding of products and business processes

Experience of agile (scrum) methodology.

Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)

Experience in conceptualization and solutioning

Excellent communicator.
