Job Description

An investment bank in the city is looking for a business change manager to join their team in the City of London.

You will play a key role in the process/change initiatives for a System Implementation programme.

You will be responsible for delivering the support required for successful implementation whilst minimising the impact on day to day operations throughout the implementation phase.

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise user adoption and usage and minimise resistance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Investment banking background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • IT/System implementation experience
