A leading asset management firm are looking for a Business Change Review Manager to be based in London.

This exciting opportunity will suit someone who wishes to deploy their honed communication skills and background in financial analysis more widely within an asset management firm. The successful candidate will also help define a schedule to review from a second line perspective the material components of the asset management business working closely with other members of the wider team.

Key responsibilities;

  • Report writing for senior stakeholders,
  • Review of merger and acquisitions and significant change initiatives within the business.
  • To develop and manage on an on-going basis a schedule for second line reviews for significant change within the group businesses
  • Review and challenge business cases for significant change projects in terms of the opportunity itself, inherent risks and the associated financials
  • Help develop metrics to aide comparison amongst projects
  • To liaise and draw upon members of the wider CRO team to perform specific areas of the reviews eg IT, Compliance, Operational risk etc

Key skills

  • Minimun of 6-7 years experience
  • Strong analytical skill set with ability to critique initiatives
  • UK qualified chartered accountant or CFA with solid and proven experience
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of formal report writing
  • Experience of asset management ideal but not necessary
