Eames are working on an exciting opportunity with a well known Lloyd's syndicate who are looking to hire a Business Development Assistant to join their London team.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable insurer, in particular for candidates with a broking or carrier background looking to gain exposure in the London Market as well as progress in BD or a more analytical role.

Experience in the insurance industry is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibilities include providing reports on the performance of brokers liaised with as well as organising and attending broker meetings.
  • The role further includes putting together broking packs illustrating broker performance and analytics.

Skills/Knowledge required:

  • It is desirable for the right candidate to have a few years of experience within the insurance market as well as an understanding of insurance terminology.
  • It is desirable for the right candidate to display strong organisational skills and initiative as the role would require strong organisational skills as well as being encouraged to show initiative.
