The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:
This is an office based role, where you will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities in the Global Benefits market, this role may require travel outside the UK.
Working alongside colleagues from other divisions and offices you will develop and implement a regional strategy that maximises opportunities to generate sales and deliver against agreed targets.
The role will require you to generate your own leads as well as nurture leads provided into active accounts through relationship building, networking and utilising your contacts within the industry.
You could also be required to support and attend industry events increase brand awareness.
The Successful Applicant
- The Business Development Manager should have the following skillset:
- A proven track record in a business development ideally in the Global Benefits market.
- A track record of consistently delivering results by creating and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrating strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Be tenacious, resilient and confident, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and objection handling skills.
