I am currently working closely with a Global (Re)Insurer who are looking to appoint an Operations Lead into their Luxembourg office. The Operations Lead will have accountability for the local operations function and will work closely with my client’s other regions on operational strategy at local and group level to ensure service levels are maintained and the operational framework fit for purpose. The role will have day to day oversight of the Luxembourg office and will be responsible for leveraging internal and external resources to continuously improve oversight processes and operational controls.
