Global Investment Bank requires a Business Readiness Lead/Change Manager for min 12 month contract 

You will have specific experience in business readiness planning on large, complex, and ideally fixed-end-date programmes before. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, and be able to deliver effectively through influence and assurance of others – i.e. you won’t be forming a big team to deliver, you will rely on existing teams to build business readiness into your plans. You will understand business readiness as the culmination of IT-readiness, business process implementation, training, comms, and run-book execution for each of their key transition dates over the next 12-18 months 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the client can provide Go/No-Go decisions to senior execs in (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO level) 

You will have performed this position for a big 4 consultancy and/or an Investment/Corporate bank
