This is an exciting and essential CRM Product Owner role with a global Financial Services firm. We are looking for a highly-competent lead to drive & manage their CRM's roadmap & deliverables to help the sales family maximize & achieve business objectives.
 

As the key person for the CRM's plartform:

  • POC on all things CRM, manage & communicate deliverables/insights to senior stakeholders
  • You will manage a team of competent business analysts & developers and lead the entire solution cycle of the CRM platform 
  • This is both a build & run scope, hence it's key that the incumbent have hands on experience from solutioning & designing phase of a CRM tool prior.

Requirements:

  • You should have minimum 8 years of experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics within the Sales & Marketing domain 
  • Must have experience in designing and architecting large-scale CRM projects
  • Must have hands on experience in Salesforce development, both configuration and customization
  • PMP certified / CSPO
