Reponsibilities

  • Assisting in migrating from other systems onto global Salesforce system, bridging business and technical aspects of the internal system.
  • Responsible for collecting functional requirements from the end users, analyzing and translating them into technical functionalities for ongoing system development
  • Conduct necessary testing for developed system functionalities based on requirements before releasing to end users to proceed with user acceptance testing
  • Working with stakeholders to analyse feedback to ensure continuous system enhancement and ensure system creates business value
  • Liaise with the global commercial and service teams to identify needs and develop system reports dashboard that meets business needs
  • Identify planned updates of system and proceed with risk assessments before proceeding with updates to confirm no disruption to business needs
  • Daily user story creation, management and monitoring to review, extract, comment and follow up as required
  • UAT testing

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 3-4 years of working experience in sales & marketing application/system development or as a system functional consultant for specific/assigned business domain.
  • Experience working with the required (or similar) domain technologies (e.g. MarTech, Salesforce, CRMs, AWS)
  • Proficient software engineering skills with Salesforce Marketing/CRM and Force.com platform (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL).
  • Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
