As part of the high performing, regional Client Services team, we’re seeking a seasoned application production support specialist, looking to develop their career to the next level, in a business analyst/client services role.
Essential skills and Expertise:
- 3-5 years working experience as a FX/Trading Tech Production support specialist
- 3 years expertise supporting business and technology related issues pertaining to G10 currencies and their respective trading/pricing systems.
- Prior experience with FIX, ECN and Market Data technologies and respective vendors
- Comprehension of the SDLC and basic software development understanding
- Ability to articulate complex trade flows
- Proven stakeholder management skills (multi-geographical teams)
