- Handles claims for the organization's products.
- Specific jobs are differentiated through products.
- Work involves the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of claims.
- Roles in this function may be responsible for single- or multi-country and product claims and will generally be responsible for all aspects of claims from first advice through final settlement or for specific parts of the process.
- Acts as liaison to external professionals (e. g. , surveyors, engineers, legal counsel or doctors) as required.
