A global reinsurer is looking for a Cat Modelling Manager to be based in their Singapore office to cover the APAC portofolio. Leading a small team, you will focus on cat pricing, accumulation management for APAC with a focus on one of their key markets. In this role, there will be heavy interaction with the business as such, stakeholder management skills are paramount in addition to solid technical skills.
Experience required:
- 7-10 years of catastrophe modelling experience
- Experience in vendor models ideal
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical jargon into layman terms
- VBA, GIS, SQL or R programming skills would be a bonus
