One of the global financial services firm is hiring for a Change and Demand management lead to be based in Singapore.
As the Change and Demand Management Lead, you will be responsible for key business initiatives and managing informational opportunities in coordination with senior stakeholders to enable decision making across portfolio. The overall objective is to maximize outcomes against business plans.
You will be accountable and responsible for;
- Alignment of demand structures and processes across portfolio
- Manage the capacity vs demand requirements
- Drive processes, creating meaningful management information
- Coach and develop Demand Managers
- Effective risk management
As an ideal candidate you must have experience in portfolio management or in-depth business analysis working knowledge in complex large enterprises. Proven working experience in an Agile environment on backlog management and comfortable in engaging with global/regional senior stakeholder presentation/management.
