Job Description

Global Bank requires multiple Change & Implementation Analysts for a global CRM programme.

You will be aligned to change management and the key skills around communications, planning, stakeholder management, business readiness, training & embedding. This requires a good blend of BA and Change Management skills

Business Analysis:

  • Leading working groups & brainstorming sessions to identify appropriate solutions to business problems;
  • Working with the business to align their operating practices to new ways of working;
  • Building, modelling & creating strategy documents & presentations leveraging internal and external research & knowledge of businesses and functions;
  • Identifying opportunities to make improvements to current ways of working & challenge the status quo;
  • Communicating complex messages in ways that others can understand;
  • Ensuring plans progress at pace, and with stakeholder buy in. Reporting of their progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and making recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation;

Change Management:

  • Ability to interpret how/where technical changes will create real life learning impacts for the end user;
  • Confidence with the language of technology and system development;
  • Can proactively question and be positive in challenging stakeholders to ensure technical solutions are ready for training;

  • Process Mapping, Re-engineering skills;
  • Ability to make instructional recordings for training purposes;
  • Work with project/programme/pod team members (especially the Product Teams) along with change network and stakeholders to ensure preparation and readiness for the change, including ensuring that impacted individuals have the capability to do things differently;
  • Ensure that audience (including Colleagues & Customers) change impacts and reactions are analysed and change interventions identified to manage those impacts and reactions across all markets.
