Job Description

We are working with a leading, regional bank who is on the search for a Change Management professional to join their Business division. 

This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with experience driving project facillitation and delivery, with exposure to change management initiatives within the financial services sector.

Job duties include:

  • Facillitating large scale organizational and business projects on a strategic and execution level
  • Supporting research, market analysis and conceptualization of new business operating models
  • Engaging with multiple stakeholders across different divisions to allign objectives and drive projects to end goal

Ideal candidate should have:

  • Knowledge in change methodologies or tools such as Lean Sigma, agile, scrum to facilitate change management in a systematic and structured manner
  • Strong project facilitation and delivery experience
  • Strong focus on process and cost effiency
  • Good experience in larger scale business process reengineering
  • Consulting experience is preferable
