A well known asset management firm is looking for a change manager to join their team in London.
- A solid understanding of how people experience change and change management processes
- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
- Exceptional stakeholder management across change and business communities able to effectively understand the position of stakeholder groups
- Programme Management experience covering large multi country, multi site implementations.
- Able to influence a large group of individuals to translate academic learning into practical application.
- Influence the tracking/monitoring of successful delivery of transformational change
- Business readiness experience
- Must be from an asset management background
