My client, a multinational FTSE 100 organisation is currently looking for a Business Change Manager to work across an acquisition programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering a change and communications plan to a range of audience across different role levels and geographies.

Key Skills (must haves)

  • Experience working across organisational change programmes
  • Experience working within multinational organisations ideally across acquisition initiatives.
  • Understanding of data/research businesses, tech sector experience his highly advantageous
  • Able to navigate through rational, political and emotional dimensions
