Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver announcements, training material, and collaterals for communications and engagement needs 
  • Main POC across the businesses and functions (subject matter experts, workstream leads, project managers etc) to ensure alignment with the Programme’s messaging and objectives.
  • Manage internal and client queries coming through the Programme’s mailboxes and ensure an efficient tracking process.
  • Conduct daily search for related regulatory/industry/market news for the weekly and monthly internal publications.
  • Maintain and update content on the internal page and external website.
  • Prepare insightful analysis reports on key channels (mailbox, training) for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • Prior experience in change management, particularly focused on communications
  • Domain knowledge in corporate banking/global banking/corporate finance 
  • Experience working on global programmes or cross-functional strategic projects
  • Effective communicator
