My client, a London Market insurance organisation are currently looking for a change manager to work across a large target operating model transformation. 

The ideal candidate will have experience driving both business and people readiness as well as ensuring the business are brought in to the benefits the transformation will offer. The successful candidate will also have experience working within the London insurance market or wider insurance industry. 

Key skills: 

  • Proven experience working as a change manager/business readiness lead. 
  • Experience working within the London insurance market or wider insurance industry 
  • Ability to drive both business and people readiness 
  • Previous experience ensuring benefits realisation 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different individual needs. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
