about the role
Our client is in the financial technology space with operations in several parts of Asia. They are looking to expand and scale to the next level of growth hence the look out for a CTO who can oversee the technical aspects and support business on strategies, product features, mentorship, quality assurance, data protection, and overall growth of the team which also includes:
- Find and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Support departments in their profitable usage of technology
- Monitor system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Oversee KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Make necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- This role reports into CEO/Founder.
requirements:
- A CTO for more than 4 years in the fintech space with the knowledge in business planning. and leading a team from hiring to coaching.
- We are also looking for someone who can be hands on with coding and the overall building of products from coducting technological analyses and researches to build and launch.
- Strong leadership skills with experience growing team and has a good personality that get along with business partners and team.
- To be familiar with tech stacks like JS, Python, Golang, Node/React, AWS, Docker, GitHub, Jira, Confluence
