Eames Consulting are working with a technology driven Insurtech based in London who have grown exceptionally over recent years. The business is looking to hire a Claims Team Leader to head up their growing Motor Claims Intervention team.

Reporting into the Head of Claims:

  • Managing the operations ensuring the claims executives are on track to hit their KPI's & OKRs.
  • People management of a growing outbound sales team, coaching and supporting their development.
  • Reviewing claims processes, identifying areas for improvements and providing solutions.
  • Technical referral point within the team and wider business - handling technical queries and escalated customer queries.
  • Taking ownership of operational and strategic projects.
  • Supporting the growth of the team, recruiting and training new starts.
  • Presenting statistical MI to the wider business.

It's essential that you have demonstrated People Management experience within the Motor Claims with knowledge of Claims Intervention/Credit Hire.
