Claims Manager – Delegated Claims, London, Salary and package competitive
I’m currently working with a growing specialty insurer on the appointment of a Claims Manager to oversee a team handling delegated claims across a variety of classes and territories, not limited to A&H, commercial & personal property, casualty and construction liability, legal expenses, title indemnity, construction and professional indemnity. You will act as the subject matter expert for DA claims, handling claims on referral, as well as working with the TPA Performance Manager and wider operational team to give oversight of TPA relationships and their ongoing performance.
You’ll support claims leadership in ensuring best practice, will be responsible for maintaining high claims service levels, motivation and continued development of the team, working with senior leadership to develop a broker engagement strategy, as well as technical hands on claims handling for more complex or high quantum losses.
We’re looking for an individual who has proven experience within the DA market, a good technical claims background, as well as an ability to lead and manage a growing team. Any US exposure would be advantageous, but not essential.
Our client has some strong growth aspirations and claims is put at the forefront of their proposition.
