Responsibilities:
- Handle all complex liability claims
- Process & administer claims to department/company standards
- Face to face claim related discussions with brokers and clients
- Develop relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and deliver excellent claims service
- Liaison with instructed legal representatives & other experts
Skills & Experience:
- University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications, law background is preferable
- At least 6 years’ (post-qualified) experience in liability claims handling, personal injury and general commercial litigation is preferable
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
