Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all complex liability claims
  • Process & administer claims to department/company standards
  • Face to face claim related discussions with brokers and clients
  • Develop relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and deliver excellent claims service
  • Liaison with instructed legal representatives & other experts

Skills & Experience:

  • University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications, law background is preferable
  • At least 6 years’ (post-qualified) experience in liability claims handling, personal injury and general commercial litigation is preferable
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
