I'm currently working with a well-regarded syndicate on the appointment of a Claims Operations Analyst into their London team. We're ideally looking for individuals with strong delegated claims exposure (oversight of on-boarding, process, performance management etc) as well as broader claims operations experience.
The role will entail oversight of onboarding, production of the annual delegated claims audit schedule, production of internal and external reporting, and project coordination and change management across systems and processes.
