Eames Consulting are working with a global insurance firm who are looking for an Operations Controller/Analyst to join and support with the development of a their Claims Proposition and Digital Solutions and Offering.
- Act as an SME and be a key point of contact for Senior stakeholders in the business.
- Explore requirements and enhancements to systems, then drafting changes as required.
- Considering the impact of changes across wider systems and processes.
- Understanding completely the role that digital solutions plays across the claims handling journey.
- Work closely with IT to ensure systems are performing efficiently.
- Develop system functionality.
- Manage processes within the team and across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
It's preferable that you have knowledge and understanding of the full claims lifecycle, and an interest in technology and digital solutions.
