Eames are working on an exciting opportunity with a leading insurer who due to growth are looking to recruit a Claims Operations Assistant into their London team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with various database extracts to deliver information using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI
  • Supporting the production of MI and Regulatory Returns on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Assisting in the preparation of governance papers eg Insurance International Claims Committee and various Portfolio Packs

Skills/Knowledge required:

  • Advanced Excel including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Ability to learn to navigate and understand internal and Market databases (CRS, Lloyd's Insights Hun, ECF2, IMR, IRIS, RiskWrite, CRM, Dynamics & DOCOsoft)
    • Previous experience with Power BI, Tableau or other databases an advantage but not essential
