Eames Consulting are working with a global insurance firm who are looking for a Team Lead to join and support with the oversight and development of a Team of expert Operational & Resource Planning Analysts.

  • Develop the team, ensuring appropriate succession planning is in place and supporting with professional development.
  • Supporting with strategic change initiatives right through to implementation.
  • Lead, support & influence the team while building strong relationships across the business.
  • Continually reviewing and evolving operational processes.
  • Streamline operations across the Claims Division.
  • Playing a key role in relation to process improvements within the wider leadership team.

It's essential that you are a subject matter expert across Process & Operational Improvement.
