Eames are working on an exciting opportunity with an insurtech who due to growth is looking to recruit a Claims Team Lead into their London team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a growing team of executives while helping the company establish claims operations processes.
- Collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, underwriters, and the operations team.
Skills/Knowledge required:
- Proven leadership skills and management experience
- Experience in managing or coaching a team is essential
- Experience in the insurance market is essential, preferably within Claims
- Knowledge of how insurance policies are sold and distributed
- Knowledge of how motor claims can occur and are registered, and how motor claims liability arises.
- Familiarity with other types of claims (e.g. personal lines, home or contract) is desirable
- CII qualifications are desirable
