Claims TPA Manager, London, Salary up to £60,000
Eames is currently partnered with a Global Insurer who is looking to bring on board an experienced TPA Manager to join their growing Claims Vendor Management team.
Role responsibilities:
- Proactive management, monitoring and oversight of performance of our clients TPAs and CSPs
- Work closely with TPAs, identifying areas for improved service delivery and claims cost and expense
- Build strong working relationships with core TPAs and CSPs across UK & I and Europe
- Ensure current TPAs are operating within the agreed contractual terms, are compliant with Claims functional Outsourcing Guidelines, FCA requirements and Lloyd’s Minimum Standards
- Support team with the ongoing development of best practice s and controls
